πŸ“… Booking & Reservations
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Summer weekends and holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) book up extremely fast. Last-minute bookings may be available β€” just call 808-582-8845 and we'll do our best!
Simply click "Book Now" or "Check Availability," select your date, choose your rentals, fill in your contact details, and submit your request. One of our team members will call or text you within 1 business day to confirm your booking and collect your deposit to officially lock in your date.
Yes! Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Date changes are subject to availability and should be made as early as possible. Contact us at 808-582-8845 to make any changes.
Light rain generally does not affect dry inflatable rentals β€” kids still have a blast! However, for safety, we do not recommend using bounce houses during heavy rain, lightning, or high winds (above 20 mph). If weather causes a cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit. Call us to discuss your specific situation.
🚚 Delivery & Setup
We deliver to the entire island of Oahu! This includes Honolulu, Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Pearl City, Waipahu, Mililani, Wahiawa, Kaneohe, Kailua, Waialua, Haleiwa, and all areas in between. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our base in Waipahu.
Setup and breakdown are always included β€” our crew handles all of it. Delivery fees are separate and calculated based on your distance from our Waipahu headquarters. Your delivery fee will be quoted when we confirm your booking. There are no surprise charges!
Yes! We deliver to parks and beach parks across Oahu. Park/beach slots are limited and fill up fast, so book early. Note that many parks require a permit β€” please check with your local park office or district office before booking. Water access for water slides at parks should also be confirmed. A higher delivery fee may apply for certain park locations.
We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and sand. We are unable to set up on rocks or gravel. Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, animal droppings, and sharp objects. For grass setups, we use stakes for anchoring. For hard surfaces, we use sandbags. Please have a flat, clear area ready when we arrive.
Space requirements vary by unit. A standard bounce house (13x13 ft) needs approximately 15x15 ft of clear space with at least 16 ft of overhead clearance. Obstacle courses need significantly more space. We'll confirm space requirements when you book and can help you figure out if your yard or venue can accommodate your chosen items.
⏰ Rental Duration & Rules
All rentals are for 6 hours of party time. Delivery and setup time is separate and in addition to your 6-hour rental window. So if your party starts at 12pm, your guests get a full 6 hours of jumping β€” and we arrive earlier to set up. Extended rental times may be available β€” just ask when booking!
Capacity depends on the specific unit. A standard 13x13 bounce house safely accommodates 6–8 children at a time. Larger combos and obstacle courses have higher capacities. Safety guidelines will be provided with your rental. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Most of our bounce houses are designed for children under 12. Adult use of standard bounce houses is not recommended and may void the rental agreement. We do have some units that are rated for older teens and adults β€” ask us when booking if this is important for your event.
πŸ’³ Payment & Deposits
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Venmo (@OahuJump), Zelle (808-582-8845), and cash. A deposit is required at booking to secure your date. The balance is due on the day of delivery.
We typically require a 25% deposit of your total rental cost to secure your booking. The remaining 75% is due on the day of delivery before setup begins. For very large events (over $1,000 in rentals), different deposit terms may apply β€” we'll discuss this when we confirm your booking.
Yes, Hawaii's General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.712% applies to all rental services. This will be included in your final quote. We keep our pricing transparent β€” your confirmed quote includes all applicable taxes.
